Elderly People
Most of elderly people are taking care of by their sons .
Either the sons or daughtera take care of them in their own home , or they both go to their parents home
2) Who pays for care for the Elderly in your culture ?
The government pays monthly salary for the Elderly people and the sons and daughters pays too. Any medical equipments are for free. The nursing home is for free if the elderly people does not have family.
3) Who should pay for care for the elderly ?
In my opinion , both the government and the family should pay. This is because of some equipments are very expensive for the family to pay for.
4) What are the differences between who cares for the elderly / who pays for care for the elderly between the U.K and your country ?
There are differences in traditions between my country and the U.K.
In the U.K , the elderly people should pay for them self for the nursing home , While my country the government pays for them.
My government they cares a lot of the elderly people , this due to they were honest in working for their country when they were young.

The Assembly has three key roles:

Yes it is a good idea , this is because the main purposes of the local goverment byelaws ( Wales ) bill is to give welsh assembly more power , and making law , simpler and quicker. Welsh assembly aims to save more money and more time effort. It will improve life in Wales for welsh people.
3. Would this system be successful in gulf states ? central America ?
No it would not , this due to the small number of goverments for each country . Especially Qatar , it is small country and all of the citizin are agreed with the country rule and law.

Being In The European Union
fristly , the advantages , having the euro as a common currency for a large part of Europe , is much easier of Euro people to spend them in any other Euro country. Secondly , European citizens have the freedom to live, work, study, and travel in any other EU country. The disadvantages is that Britain would become gain a sovereign nation with more power over its domestic affairs. EFTA would also allow the UK to negotiate free trade agreements with countries outside of the EU.
